Today's Best H&M Sale Finds
I've selected the best buys from the H&M sale based on high style vs low prices.
Price: $133.99
Was: $179.00
"Love the fluted architectural detail on this side table, it's so on trend for 2025," says Lucy Searle, Content Director at Livingetc. "It's available in black, too, so I'd be tempted to mix and match for contrast." Made from wood and medium-density fiberboard, it's around 19in tall for the shortest piece.
Price: $7.99
Was: $9.99
"You can never have too many storage baskets, and I love that these can be hung from hooks to keep the floor clear of clutter," says UK Editor Hugh Metcalf. "Use them in an entryway, a kid's room or even a laundry room to make the practical look pretty. My mantra!" The smaller basket is 6in x 6in.
Price: $94.99
Was: $119.00
How gorgeous is this table lamp? It comes in a range of colors, including other cozy spice shades, and neutrals. "It throws light downwards, increasing the cozy factor of any corner it's put into. I'm tempted by this color and the camel for a nearly mismatched look for my living room," says Emma Breislin, Interiors Editor.
Glam light
Price: $69.99
Was: $139.00
I love the combination of the contemporary geometric design and antique-finish brass of this pendant lamp. Ideal for a tall room, the design throws light upwards and downwards, further enhancing the height of a space. The fabric-covered cord is adjustable; total height 13.5in.
Cute table
Price: $249.00
Was: $419.00
Perfect for minimalists, this asymmetric coffee table in waxed mango wood is ideal for bringing simple curves to a small space. It measures H13.75in x D21.5in x L38.5in, and also comes in beige and dark brown.
Starburst mirror
Price: $27.99
Was: $54.99
Love the boho look? This large (18.75in) round mirror is the perfect buy for a bedroom, bathroom or entryway. Made with a handmade rattan frame and a loop at back for hanging, it will add instant texture to a plain space.
Warm minimalism
Price: $26.99
Was: $39.99
We've seen minimalists embrace green as a livelier neutral this year, warming to the color for its subtle natural warmth. This smaller glass vase is pleasingly homey yet contemporary. It measures H9.75 x W10.25 x 4.5in (at top).
My favorite
Price: $21.99
Was: $42.99
As a baking fan, I'm drawn to the best dessert stands. My favorites are those that are handmade and not too showy. This glazed stoneware buy with asymmetric rim is just that. I love how its variegated coloring means no two are the same. It measures H3 x D10.5in.
On-Trend
Price: $7.99
Was: $14.99
Deckchair stripes have been a micro-trend all year – they evoke joy and vacation vibes that I'm here for. This 20 x 20in pillow cover looks wonderful outside, but its cotton/recycled cotton makeup means it's really meant for indoors. Pair it with red and white decor for a smart, crisp look.
Best for Throw
Price: $62.99
Was: $89.99
We love this quilted bedspread for its warm color and its cozy appeal. "There are sage green and light beige color options, too, for neutral-lovers," says Interiors Writer Olivia Wolfe. Woven cotton adds an extra layer of quality.
Best Neutral
Price: $70.99
Was: $119.99
This subtly ruffle-trimmed bedspread is ideal for a contemporary minimalist interior that you don't want to feel too stark. It's also a favorite of our Editor in Chief Jessica Cumberbatch-Anderson, who says "I love its slubby texture, it brings character to an all-neutral space."
Best Detailing
Price: $7.99
Was: $9.99
I love the playful color, pattern and frill combination of this throw pillow, which hits all the right notes for this seasons color and pattern trends. Stripes are my favorite go-to, and I love the color-drenching here. Not on sale but so affordable.
When Does the H&M Black Friday sale end?
H&M's Black Friday and Cyber Monday sale is on now, and touted to end on December 30th 2024. Discounts sitewide are at 60% off and more. You can visit the H&M Black Friday sale page but (at time of updating this page) the main sale page is really where the action is.
When Is the H&M Cyber Monday Sale?
The H&M Black Friday sale has extended through to Cyber Monday (Monday December 2nd) and is due to continue until the end of December (30th), though you may find there are slim pickings by then. Currently, there is 60% off sitewide. "My advice? If it's on sale now and you want it, buy it because stock on more unusual items might run low by Christmas," says Lindsey Davis, Livingetc's Ecommerce Content Director.
Does H&M Have After Christmas Sales?
H&M's Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale is due to continue beyond Christmas. H&M after Christmas sales are definitely worth checking out. This is usually when most home brands clear out their stock rooms to make way for spring/summer collections, so you can find good prices across the whole home range both before and after Christmas.

"However, be aware that H&M's after Christmas is likely to be narrower in its offering than the range you might find in the H&M Black Friday/Cyber Week sale," says Livingetc's Interiors Editor Emma Breislin.
Are H&M's After Christmas Sales Better than H&M Black Friday?
"Essentially, the after Christmas sale is more about clearing the decks for spring, rather than offering a broad selection of fall/winter buys," continues Emma Breislin. "So, my advice would be that if you see something for sale in the Black Friday sale period, it's a good idea to buy it then rather than wait; you may find the price is slightly lower later in the season, but equally, it may just sell out."
Does H&M Have a MLK Day Sale?
Typically there is a sale at H&M around Martin Luther King Day, which falls in 2025 on January 20th.
"Like the after-Christmas sales at H&M, the deals will typically be on end-of-season and holiday buys, so that the spring stock can be brought online and into store," comments Lucy Searle, Audience Content Director at Livingetc, and veteran of working across nearly a decade of Black Friday events.
"That means you're unlikely to score better deals on MLK Day and around that weekend than you are after Christmas, though you may find that final discounts are dramatic. That said, by then, I would expect stock to be pretty depleted. Ultimately, it depends what you want to buy. If you are looking to shop basics, essentials or classics and they're on sale still, I would snap them up before prices go back up."
Are H&M sales worth it?
H&M has an affordable offering of stylish homewares so when prices are slashed by up to 75%, that offer becomes more than worth it. H&M has sales both in-store and online, and there is always usually an active sale page online, even though offerings can be sparse outside of classic sale periods. Though you can find great deals in the store, they can get chaotic at sale time and stock can run low store-to-store, so it's often better to simply visit the H&M Home Sale page online. If you're looking for fashion finds, too, go straight to the main H&M sale page, which lists all departments.
You'll also find that H&M Home offers discount periods on its site, often around 20%, at certain points in the year. This is usually billed as a member's offer, so you'll need to sign up to get the discounts (though it's free to do so).
It's worthwhile signing up to the brand's loyalty program, regardless. You get free shipping over $25, better discounts, points for purchases that you can redeem against future buys, as well as a 10% initial discount, and one for your birthday, too.
Is H&M a Cheap Brand?
H&M is known for offering style-conscious and designer lookalike buys at affordable prices. The brand has Scandi roots, so while it treads a similar path to some more luxurious (read, expensive) design brands from that part of the world – think Ferm Living, Menu, Hay and Muuto – it remains super accessible price-wise. Plus, they're not afraid to let you in on their design and manufacturing process, so you can stay informed, and be comfortable with, where the brand sources its products.
"As a regular buyer of products from H&M Home, I can say that I'm never disappointed in the quality, so while the prices feel very competitive with similar retailers — Zara Home's offering, for example, is a little more expensive — it doesn't feel like you're skimping on quality. I've bought everything from drapes and rugs to mirrors and bedding, and I can confidently say the quality and design hold up," says Livingetc's Executive Editor Pip Rich.
The one problem is that because H&M Home is so affordable, and in many places readily available, you may see a lot of people with the same thing as you. If you're worried about that, consider mixing high-low with your investment pieces, or choose the "basics" from H&M Home, like bedding, throws, pillows and anything made from marble and wood. Like a good white t-shirt, these are harder to identify as necessarily H&M Home, and will easily blend into a more eclectic mix of decor if you like to shop around.
Is There a H&M Home Memorial Day Sale?
H&M Home does tend to have a Memorial Day sale, whether this is on specific products or a sitewide sale. Memorial Day is on May 26th in 2025, so you can expect offers around that weekend. Keep an eye on this page for updates as and when we have them.
