Debbie is Livingetc's deputy editor (digital). She embarked on her career in the publishing industry almost 20 years ago, with experience spanning interiors and fashion brands across both print and digital platforms.
After graduating with a bachelor's degree in English and American Literature from Kent University, she started her career in editorial business, working on World of Interiors, Easy Living, and Brides before moving onto Condé Nast Traveller, GQ , and GQ Style. She then worked for Glamour magazine as acting business manager, after which she became the managing editor for ELLE Decoration, ELLE Decoration Country, ELLE, and Cosmopolitan.
She then made the move from London to Belfast and took some time to focus on raising her family whilst completing home renovation projects before joining Livingetc as managing editor. She is now the deputy editor (digital), overseeing the team and content calendar planning.
She is a lover of all things interiors and loves planning a makeover project. She can often be found moving furniture and decor around her house or else watering her 50 houseplants!
