LIVING ROOM
The arched stained-glass window (pictured above) is the focal point of the room and provided a natural starting point for the design. A bespoke ottoman was made in a rich pollen shade to match the deep yellow glass, complemented by stools in jewel shades of green.
The pair of paintings of St Paul’s Cathedral add moody blue hues and grey tones, while the dramatic light reflects the curve of the window.Luxurious soft velvet textures work in contrast to the hardwood parquet flooring, brushed metals and shiny glass.
FAMILY ROOM
The relaxed zone on the lower-ground floor plays around with colour, art and texture. Above the plush low-slung seating hangs a bespoke neon sign that beams a bright message, like a modern-day version of the stained-glass window. The space opens on to a walled outside area which means gatherings can spread onto the terrace and garden in the summer.
DINING ROOM
The dining area is the bridge between the kitchen and the relaxed family room beyond. The bright, pop-art-feel print by Mike Edwards and luxurious deep blue chairs inject eye-catching colours to the off-white walls and dark wood flooring.
KITCHEN
Lipstick-red artwork by Sara Pope is repeated in a set of pouty Gubi stools that were reupholstered in luscious fuchsia velvet, giving the space an edgier feel.
