The research comes from Sellhousefast.uk who used the search engine tool SEMrush to explore the most searched for interior colours. The research also looked into colours from Dulux and Farrow & Ball, and found that grey was the most popular choice with each brand. Meanwhile, white and beige interior colours are second favourite, and slowly increasing in popularity as we come out of winter.
The study also found that blue is the choice favoured by many interior designers, with the most popular shade of blue being Farrow and Balls’ Hague blue (3,600 monthly searches) and the Sapphire salute by Dulux (also receiving 3,600 monthly searches).
