Set on a spacious, tree lined avenue in St John’s Wood, the record-breaking St John's Wood residence lies behind a secure gated landscaped front. TheArt Deco-inspired house is also available for rent at £40,000 a week.

Located on Avenue Road, the area has been dubbed 'billionaire’s row' in recent years, attracting buyers and investors from around the world. Celebrity neighbours have included singers Rihanna and Robbie Williams, as well as acting stars Damian Lewis and Helen McCrory.

Designers Adam Architecture were briefed to come up with 'a traditionally British house that might be mistaken for having been there 200 years', even though the new build was built from scratch.

The St Johns Wood mansion, listed with Sotheby's Real Estate, comes with 25,000 feet of interior space, boasting ten bedrooms and ten bathrooms, a home office, several living rooms, dining room and kitchen, as well as a professional chef's kitchen, not one but two cocktail bars, two climate-controlled wine cellars, a cigar room, a home cinema room, games room, and a basement spa complete with 14 metre long swimming pool, private treatment room, sauna, hammam and steam room. There's even a car stacker with underground car display room for a private car collection. There is also a three-bedroom, three-bathroom staff quarters. Oh, and all this just a stone's throw from the shops and London underground.
