A jaw-dropping London home has just hit the market with a whopping £75 million price tag, making it London's most expensive home to be listed for sale.

The plot was originally bought by Greek property developer George Dragoumanos in 2013 for £14 million. He's set to make quite the profit...

Set on a spacious, tree lined avenue in St John’s Wood, the record-breaking St John's Wood residence lies behind a secure gated landscaped front. TheArt Deco-inspired house is also available for rent at £40,000 a week.

Located on Avenue Road, the area has been dubbed 'billionaire’s row' in recent years, attracting buyers and investors from around the world. Celebrity neighbours have included singers Rihanna and Robbie Williams, as well as acting stars Damian Lewis and Helen McCrory.

Designers Adam Architecture were briefed to come up with 'a traditionally British house that might be mistaken for having been there 200 years', even though the new build was built from scratch.

The St Johns Wood mansion, listed with Sotheby's Real Estate, comes with 25,000 feet of interior space, boasting ten bedrooms and ten bathrooms, a home office, several living rooms, dining room and kitchen, as well as a professional chef's kitchen, not one but two cocktail bars, two climate-controlled wine cellars, a cigar room, a home cinema room, games room, and a basement spa complete with 14 metre long swimming pool, private treatment room, sauna, hammam and steam room. There's even a car stacker with underground car display room for a private car collection. There is also a three-bedroom, three-bathroom staff quarters. Oh, and all this just a stone's throw from the shops and London underground.

The interiors were designed by Athens and London-based Sissy Feida, and they're as glamorous and glitzy as they come – perfect for an international market. Our bet is on a Russian buyer. Let's take a tour...

Swing open the doors of the neo-classical entrance porch, and you'll find yourself in this double-height grand hall, under a jaw-dropping 13-metre tall crystal chandelier.

This hall is at the heart of the house, and leads to a beautiful stone staircase. There's also a lift that leads to all five floors.

There are several glamorous living spaces that lead off from here, including a formal drawing room.

The drawing room features several seating areas and a grand piano.

All of the living spaces haveFrench doors that lead to the impressive gardens and a sunken courtyard.

The hallway also leads into a formal dining room.

The dining room can comfortably seat ten.

The striking gloss table sits under a gold leaf ceiling and a statement pendant light.

The dining room flows into an additional living area, which connects to the rest of the living spaces.

The dining room also leads off to a fully fitted and equipped family kitchen.

There's a striking modern kitchen island with breakfast bar, and sumptuous velvet upholstered bar stools.

The modern cabinetry conceals the high end Gaggenau appliances.

Across the hall from the kitchen is a smart study, featuring a wrap-around bookcase.

Downstairs you'll find a 14 metre long swimming pool with a jacuzzi bath.

The pool comes with it's own bar.

There's also a sauna, hammam, steam room, a private treatment room plus dressing rooms, as well as a home gym.

Downstairs is also home to a games room which overlooks the pool.

The games room has a cosy TV area...

... but that's nothing compared to the adjacent fully equipped twelve-seat cinema room.

And of course there's a second home bar too.

The cocktail bar features beautiful built-in wine storage.

Further to the bar, there's also two secure climate-controlled wine cellars.

The icing on the cake is perhaps thesecure underground garage with a hydraulic car lift with space for up to four cars.

The underground garage is behind a glass window, so the cars can be on display.
