On your marks: new H&M furniture, lighting and homeware for SS21 about to drop
The new H&M furniture, lighting and homeware collections drop on 4 Feb, so earmark your favourite pieces now

We're huge fans of H&M furniture, lighting and homeware and we're aware that you are too.
If you're a fan of modern interior design, the Swedish fashion brand has affordable homeware well and truly nailed - from its gorgeous bed linen to its covetable tableware - and more recently its super cool furniture collections.
So it's good news that for Spring 2021 H&M Home has expanded its range of furniture, lighting and homeware - and has just released more images of the new looks due to drop later this week on Thursday 4th February.
In line with the love for #cottagecore, many of the the materials are natural and textured, and we see an overall connection to the countryside.
Evelina Kravaev-Söderberg, Head of Design & Creative at H&M HOME says, "Spring at H&M HOME is all about bringing out your creativity for conscious living. A tough year has made us revaluate our homes and we want to inspire our customers to be creative and use their home and objects in more than one way.
Whether it’s long workdays from home, cosy moments with your family or relaxing alone time, your home is the place where anything can happen - and by rethinking how a certain space is used, you can find ways to use rooms and items a little differently."
Here's a sneak peak of what's to come...
RUSTIC TEXTURES
Accessorise H&M furniture with indigo blue cushion covers in organic cotton to underline that bohemian countryside vibe.
NATURAL MATERIALS
The industrial touch is clear and materials such as clay, linen and jute are present, while a range of blue shades create a fresh, yet casual sensation that encourages simple living.
BEAUTIFUL CERAMICS
Ceramic mugs with ocean blue glazing will contribute with an artistic touch, and linen napkins, which can be used over and over again, and wooden cutting boards will create a natural serenity.
SOOTHING SHADES
Bed linen and pillows in natural colours will help you clear your head and unwind before a good night’s sleep.
BLISSFUL BATHROOM ACCESDSORIES
Make the bathroom your own private sanctuary where you can unwind with a soothing bubble bath at the end of your class. Candles made of olive wax residue, and soft waffled cotton towels will create harmony in both body and mind.
GET CREATIVE
Create some working space within your living space by making room for a cosy corner office inside your living room.
Hang a beautiful rug on your wall and use it as a pinboard for all your creative ideas.
FLEX THOSE GREEN FINGERS
Who needs a garden when you can let your home bloom? Create a green oasis, just where you need relaxation the most. Pick plants that purify the air and combine different terracotta, ceramic and rattan pots for an organic touch.
RETRO RATTAN
The popular safari line in wood and rattan is extended with the introduction of lampshades, table lamps and floor lamps.
COLLECTOR'S COFFEE TABLE
This retro inspired wooden table has a glass top glass that allows you to present and store valuable artefacts, your favourite magazines or cherished memorabilia underneath.
STYLISH STORAGE
For the first time the H&M Home range will also include inspiration for the hallway and wardrobe, with a minimalistic shoe rack, a hanger and a versatile hat rack, all in black steel, allowing you to get organised, even in the smallest spaces.
SLEEK LIGHTING
On the lighting side there's a line of minimalistic black floor and wall lamps in powder-coated steel with soft shapes along with a collection of teardrop shaped glass pendants in different sizes.
GRAPHIC SHAPES
There's more graphic lines and powder-coated steel in the form of this stylish drinks trolley. It'll be just the job now Dry January's over.
The new furniture, lighting and homeware will be available in H&M Home’s concept stores and online at hm.com from 4 February 2021.
