The owners brought interior designer Lindsay Chambers on board to create a young, casual, warm and contemporary interior that also capitalises on one of the best view lines in Los Angeles. Recently renovated, the sun-soaked villa has skylights and dramatic walls of glass that effortlessly blend with European rift sawn oak hardwood floors and french limestone to create a world-class modern getaway above it all.

ENTRANCE
Straddling the city's ultimate view corridor, this villa in the birds streets is one of only 15 homes on the 'front row' of the Hollywood Hills, which is also shared by Leonardo DiCaprio and Keanu Reeves. This ridgeline offers the best views in all of Los Angeles.
The property boasts unobstructed vistas high above the entire city from the downtown Los Angeles skyline to the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island.

HALLWAY
The front door pivots open into a light, bright hallway. The frosted glass front door lets in plenty of light, but the sky light makes this an even brighter space. The calm palette is punctuated only with minimalist lines of black.

LIVING ROOM
Inside, each of the rooms have floor to ceiling glass sliding doors so the walls can disappear on a warm summer day to let the cool summer breezes inside the home.
The fireplace accent wall was created by the renowned artist, Philippe Anthonioz.
