Swoon’s Head of Design, Sam Baldry comments ‘It has been fun designing this range, working with different colours and materials that we wouldn’t usually use for furniture intended for indoors. The key inspiration for these designs has come from the city – our urban landscape. We’ve drawn sharp, defined shapes by looking at the silhouettes and shadows cast by buildings. We feel the outcome beautifully catches the atmosphere of contemporary city life.’

Kennington armchair, in black, £230, Kennington footstool, in black, £160, Swoon.
