Yves Saint Laurent has just launched an ultra-fashionable home accessory with Bang & Olufsen

Parisian fashion house Yves Saint Laurent has just announced its collaboration with Danish technological giants Bang & Olufsen – and together – they’re re-shaping the intelligent home decor industry. 

YSL’s Creative Designer Anthony Vaccarello has curated a new limited edition speaker, Beosound Edge, whose sophisticated design and sound quality will become the focal point of every house party of the future. 

Though the speaker is compact, its sleek aesthetic and listening experience is unparalleled. With its cutting-edge acoustic innovation, this speaker will charm fashion and tech lovers alike – and it’s already sitting at the very peak of our lust list – along with the other best smart speakers. 

Anthony designed the Beosound Edge to sit, not only as a speaker but as a contemporary art piece with a dark minimalist design and perfectly circular aluminum frame exterior – an alluring addition to our modern homes. The speaker oozes YSL’s signature style through its customized marble print and matt black aluminum finish.

Beyond its beautifully chic exterior, the speaker exhibits ingenious mechanisms that are calibrated to detect the force of your touch when it’s time to dance, and you need to turn your music up even higher. 

The speaker is sensitive to our senses, as it comes to life when you approach and allows you to start, stop and change tracks with a quick tap of the aluminum surface.
