Watch House Tours Open Door... with Suzy Hoodless

In the first of our House Tours Open Door sessions, we visit the interior designer and expert colourist

WHAT IS HOUSE TOURS OPEN DOOR?

House Tours Open Door is a new virtual event that takes you inside the homes of some of the world's best creatives.

Your host is Livingetc's Editorial Director, Sarah Spiteri. In each episode, Sarah will be asking our latest interviewee to walk us around their home and tell us a little bit about what makes it so special.

In the coming weeks, we hope to whisk you from London to New York, Yorkshire to Somerset, exploring some of the most beautiful spaces, and meeting the minds behind them.

Each of our House Tours Open Door events will be available to watch here at Livingetc.com. So do keep coming back to see who Sarah's been in conversation with.

AT HOME WITH SUZY HOODLESS

For our first guest, Sarah talks to interior designer Suzy Hoodless. Suzy comes to us from her beautiful family home in west London, which serves as the ultimate embodiment of her approach to colour and design.

Suzy runs a successful design studio in Holland Park, working on high-end residential projects and celebrated commercial work, including the transformation of the former BBC Television Centre in White City.

Suzy began her career under the eye of Tricia Guild, when she joined the creative team at Designers Guild. Following roles in luxury design and as a stylist for several leading interiors magazines, she established her own consultancy in 2000.

Suzy is known for her confident use of colour, her love of craftsmanship and her eclectic touch. She creates tailored, considered rooms that are both fresh and original.
