Mehlaqa Khan is a London-based chef, researcher, writer, and the editor-in-chief ofWataan, an online and print publication exploring themes of home in its many iterations. She is currently working on a gardening, research, and writing project, Stories of Spice. Her writing has appeared in Bia Zine, Chicken and Bread Zine, Service95, Toothsome Magazine, Purana Pakistan, and Vittles.
