Inspired by your brief, I’ve curated a selection of timeless options that pull from the existing materials and tones in your living room. Your brown sofa acts as an anchor, and the aim here is to echo the colours already present by drawing from the artwork and cushions. I’ve introduced options in warm orange and soft yellow velvets, which complement the pink accent chair beautifully while adding warmth and depth to the palette.

For this space, I would lean towards chairs with wooden legs. This helps balance the visual weight, the frame feels lighter while still allowing the upholstery to bring depth through colour. It also echoes the warm wood accents already in the room, helping everything feel more connected.
