FUN WAYS TO KEEP YOUR WELLNESS HABITS GOING

Either way, restaurant group D&D London is hosting a series of 'Waste not, Want more' events based around reducing food waste and promoting wellness.

Forget hair shirts and penance, this is an eat, drink and be merry ethos with fun activities that vary from workshops and fitness classes to wine tastings and supper clubs at some of the capitals' coolest restaurants and bars. Expect locally-sourced and sustainable meat and fish, as well as vegan and vegetarian menus.

GO NATURAL

Celebrate the end of Dry January by learning about natural wines with New Street Wine, who are hosting a sustainable wine tasting event on Wednesday 30th January from 6.30pm–8.00pm.

Expert sommelier Tanguy will take you through his top picks of natural wine, accompanied with locally sourced British cheese and charcuterie. (Natural wine is made with minimal chemical intervention, so in theory better for you - although that may depend on the quantities imbibed..!).

GOT THE GUTS

With most of our immune system based there, it's all about gut health now and on TuesdayFebruary 5thBluebird Chelsea has invited natural health and healing expert, Becki Rabin and founders of The Gut Stuff, Alana and Lisa McFarlane, for anevening focused on gut health and wellbeing alongside a 3 course set menu withSeedlip.

Becki, Alana and Lisa, will talk you throughnourishing your gut and revitalising your overall wellness for the year ahead. There will be an opportunity to chat with the hosts and ask questions too. Tickets, £45.

SPIN DOCTOR

This winter, Madison has joined forces with spin sensation Boom Cycle for Boom & Brunch and onSaturday 16th February, from 11.15am you can head to Boom Cycle Monument for their11.30amride.

Afterwards freshen up with a REN clean skincare gift-set and stroll over to Madison to feast and refuel on a tasty brunch menu (with a glass of bubbles). ADJ set starts at 2, so you can let your hair down after all that good work and get ready to party. Tickets, £30.

MIND OVER MATTER

This event at Avenue on Wednesday 27th February, from 6.30pm is about nourishing mind and body, with wellness expert Becki Rabin and Hypnotherapist and Life Coach, Jacqueline Hurst.

The duo will host a talk and Q&A on building a positive mind set and building a life you love accompanied by a set three course menu. Tickets, £45.

D&D will be offering Bento style boxes 'doggy bags' across all of its restaurants, so diners can take home any food they can't finish to reduce food waste and save on cooking the next day.
