A contemporary Aspen home that's bursting at the seams with priceless art has just come on to the market, and the owner – a big player in Aspen's art scene – is willing to throw in some priceless pieces to sweeten the deal.

Located in Starwood, a private gated community in Aspen, the 9,560 square foot home boasts seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, along with a games room, media den, home gym and private art gallery space.

The gallery-come-home is owned by Nancy Magoon, a board member of the Aspen Art Museum and an honorary trustee of the Perez Art Museum.

Magoon’s passion for contemporary artwork is evident in every corner, and there's art everywhere you look – from a Damien Hirst in the living room to an Andy Warhol painting in the bedroom.

Outside are two acres of manicured gardens with more than 30 different sculptures. Although the priceless art doesn't come with the house, the owner is willing to leave the sculptures as they have become part of the garden.

She is also willing to throw in a frieze of unborn baby animals, an artwork by Argentinian artist Nicola Costantino (Magoon won’t be able to take it with her as it's embedded into the walls of the stairwell).

Magoon used her home as a white-wall gallery, and she's filled every room with collectible, one-off masterpieces. Even the home gym is dedicated to displaying art.

On entering the home you pass through enormous farm-style doors. The owner bid on original farm doors at auction but lost, so she had an artist replicate these for her home.

Once inside, you'll find yourself in a light-filled and open-plan great room, with a mezzanine balcony overhead.

There are several lounge areas dotted around the ground floor. It's a fabulous space for entertaining, whether hosting a concert on the grand piano in the great room...

There's plenty more art here on the mezzanine level, from tongue-in-cheek taxidermy pigeons to large paintings, wall sculptures and a miniature figure that peers down to the great room below.

In the master bedroom there’s a portrait of Magoon herself, which was reportedly painted by Andy Warhol at 3 am after a party in Miami.
