Designed by Ernő Goldfinger in 1967, Balfron Tower is one of the UK’s finest examples of Brutalist architecture and was awarded a Grade II* listing by English Heritage in 2015. It's now undergoing a complete restoration and refurbishment by award-winning architects Studio Egret West and Ab Rogers Design. The interior is a mix of mid-century and current deign, with terrazzo tiles in the bathroom and dark green and plywood cabinetry in the kitchen.
