Abel Tesfaye – better known as artist The Weeknd – has put his L.A. home up for sale for £20 million, offering us a rare glimpse at his minimalist decorating style.
The ultra-private, nine-bedroom estate is tucked away in an exclusive gated community in the celebrity enclave of Hidden Hills in L.A.’s far western suburbs. Aside from a modern and stylish interior, the sprawling house’s stand-out features include a wine room and neon-lit car garage, an eye-poppingly bright-orange basketball court (which can be spotted from Google Earth, apparently) and a seriously stylish pool house.

Singer-songwriter-producer The Weeknd (whose hits include “Can’t Feel My Face” and “The Hills”) paid just £14.5 million for this property less than three years ago, and has now added a hefty £5 million to the price tag.
The 13,500-square-foot home is accessed via a private road, and is surrounded by three acres of manicured gardens, and towering redwood trees and tall hedgerows for privacy.
