WHITE CUBE APARTMENT

Designer Peter Wilds's deliciously bijoux sanctuary...

How many clever decorating ideas can you fit into one small space? More than you think, as designer Peter Wilds's Vancouver home shows. Peter, an in-house designer with Vancouver store The Cross Décor and Design, and his partner Noam Gagnon, wanted to create a sence of simplicity and flow in the apartment - which is situated on the 18th floor with all-round vistas of Vancouver - yet evoke the feel of a little white box. Peter wanted the living area to be a blank canvas on which to show off striking pieces. The pairing of opposites is apparent as you look around the apartment, with a contrast in style between modern items and eclectic finds from around the world.
