Flocked paper, card or spray

Hello,

Does anyone know where I can buy large (say A2 size or around 40 x 50 cm) plain, bright coloured flocked paper or card? Think fuzzy felt backing board. If not, I once saw an article somewhere about a spray flock effect but I can't find it anywhere. It's not the Plasti-kote velvet effect one as they only do a few subdued colours. Any suggestions?
