Oak floorboards

I am looking for engineered, untreated oak floorboards. I would like a matt finish so plan to oil them and I am on a tight budget. Does anyone have advice on where to purchase and any ideas if I should buy them pre oiled or unfinished and oil once laid. Finally has anyone done this and do they scratch easily.

Hi

i have found some for £22.50sqm, I have a sample and the quality looks fine. Can't remember the co but will check and let you know. thanks
