Anyone thinking of ordering from M&S online (or over the phone such as I did) for a furniture item beware - if you need to return the item the cost is £100 and the wait it minimum 2 weeks! I ordered by phone and no one flagged this with me! And for the record, customer services just repeat the same standard information to you over and over again and never return your calls, its unbelieveably bad.
