Queen Stamp cushion?

Hello,
I recall some time ago I saw a velvet cushion with the queens silhouette from an old stamp - I forgot the supplier. Could anyone help me?

There was one in a previous LE supplement that I remember. Just found it - it was p5 of the Oct 08 Luxe for Less.

Thanks - it was indeed the one from ColourUnion - now I only have to find out who ships that to Germany (as there are none atm on Ebay)...
