It looks lovely. I love the mix of styles and eras all in a very fresh and light looking space.

Glad you managed to post the pics!

What a lovely flat! Really bright and fresh!

Where did you purchase the small sofa in your study from? (one with union jack pillow) It's just what I'm after for my study

Hi Angela, thanks for your nice comment. The sofa is from John Lewis. It's a sofabed. Very confortable are saying our guests and it's easy to unfold and fold back, even I can do it and I don't have big muscly arms !! It is also in a nice stain proof material. The color is Mocha but they have many other colors available. Ours is a few years back but I checked and they still do it. Also, it is very cheap for a sofa (£499). See the page: http://www.johnlewis.com/230596670/Product.aspx
Hope that helps, Lise

Amazing Flat! Very modern and very clean looking. Just wondering though, the drawers and desk used in your study, are they from Ikea by any chance? MALM?

I think your flat looks so cool and light...must be lovely in this warm weather!

Can I ask about the print above your sofa. Is it a photo or painting?

Thanks

Maddy

It is a picture of the town where we come from in france that was taken by one of my cousin and I found it so pretty I had it enlarged and mounted on a wood panel. It weight a tone but reminds us of home ! Thanks Maddy for your nice comment, Lise

what a beautiful looking flat - you've made it really lovely with the simple clean decoration and furniture.

Can I ask whereabouts it is? the windows looks very distinctive ad I wondered if it was a well known 30s or 50s block?

Hi!Simply Beautiful your house! Are your Panton chairs originals? If not, can you tell me where to get them? Im trying to buy copies (can't afford the real thing yet!), but haven't found any with a clear back, they always have support fins.

Thanks!

Thanks Iavana and Bucklesanbows. I purchased my chairs from Heals shop in Tottenham Court Road but I am sure you can buy them in different shops. I would make sure I chose a wellknown shop though (Heals, Conrad, Selfridfes etc...) to avoid buying a fake since they exist apparently. Can't remember how much I paid them as I bought them a while back now but it is worth spending because they are very confortable and look fab !

I do like white interiors and a mix of old and new with lots of textures but find Panton chairs to be overused and cliched I'm afraid.
