I don't normally whinge on forums, but I'm going to have a moan in case anyone else has experienced the same thing or is about to!
I bought a shed from Forest Garden (online) in April, the delivery took a while and when it arrived the shed was damaged and there was no roof felt. I phoned up and they agreed to send replacement parts, which was fine.
Two weeks later there was no sign so I sent an email. And then another one a week later. No reply.
So two weeks ago I phoned up again and was told the order had been lost, and they would have to re-order. However I was promised it would be dispatched within 5 days.
Needless to say it has still not turned up so today I phoned up again and asked for my money back. Apparently the items have still not been dispatched and are in a queue!
They have agreed to refund the payment and pick up the damaged shed, but I'm just fuming that I've had to wait 2 months for all this!!
Sorry for the rant!
