Here are some pics of my home. I bought a dilapidated townhouse in Brighton which consisted of 2 maisonettes/squats! Plenty of blood, sweat and tears later (and an entire Living etc collection!) .... this is one completed apartment...

Hmmm.... not sure that image upload was overly successful - wouldn't recommend clicking on the last link as a deluge of crazy ads will follow! I'll try again here ..

I really like it, you've done a fab job on a traditional Brighton flat. The chairs that you have in the living room around the table are very interesting. Are they from a church or something? I also like the shower. It looks like wallpaper under glass-how is it done!? Congratulations, you must love coming home.

So beautiful, it must make you smile and so lovely to sink into that sofa. Love the sofa & the wooden stool and the kithchen. I am probably on my 100th?!? kitchen design layout. I am trying to achieve something not too disimilar to you, would you mind sharing with me some of the dimensions? It'd be a help to know what size room your kitchen is? width and length. And what's the distance between the island the wall units? I'm working to about 80cm, do you think that's enough? And final qu! How long is your island? It'd be a massive help to know what has been achieved in what size of space. Love the personal wallpaper touches. Thanks so much, looking forward to seeing more pics Rebecca

This is really stunning, I would love your space! Can I ask what colour is the paint in the kitchen? I had hoped to achieve the very same colour in mine but my Dulux Blushed Chalk came out with a hint of lilac....guess I should have tested a bigger area first ... doh.

Thank you so much for all your kind comments - I love the apartment of course but it's always nice to get other opinions! To try and answer the questions:
The stool is from a warehouse in Portslade/Hove called Villa and Hut - not sure if they are online. I've had it years and think it was around £75. The sofa is from Sofa.com who also have a showroom in Chelsea. I love it and think it was really good value at around £2000 - seats 10 + double sofa bed, feather/down cushions etc. They make to order in a selection of colours/sizes. Each section clips together so it's modular and can be changed around etc.
The colour in the lounge/Kitchen is Farrow & Ball Shaded White - it's a kind of greenish grey which works v well with white woodwork. Tiles in the bathroom are Porcelanosa (my big extravangance i'm afraid, couldn't resist it!)
The Kitchen is not that big - it's a bedroom which I knocked through into the Lounge. Everyone said it wasn't big enough for an island but it works. Island is 1m wide and 2.4m long (2m of units then a 40cm overhang for stools). Gap between island and other units is 80cm which is completely fine - even with a drop down door for the dishwasher on the island. Units are v cheap ikea finished with a (not so cheap!) corian top. Splashback is wallpaper under glass.
The love hearts are from a shop in the North Laines in Brighton which I forget the name of, but I first saw them in Living etc to be honest! About £100 each and they say 'Never Forget How To Kiss' and 'No Tongues'. They certainly provide a talking point as not to everyone's taste!
I will try and post some before pics also. I have managed to sell the apartment (sadly) so will be living in the other one downstairs which is very nearly finished ... kind of! I'm a gluton for punishment!

Morning,
Would you mind telling me what make the extractor fan is, please? It's much 'better looking' than the hoods.
Still can't believe you're moving but hope work is going well downstairs.
Thank you R
