Do you know anything about DIY screenprinting?

I've decided to have a little dabble but am a bit put off because of all the equipment and chemicals.

I saw a couple of processes called StencilPro and PhotoEZ that seem to be a lot simpler. Has anyone used either of these or know of any alternative simple screen printing options? For now i just want to print letters - nothing complicated.
