Hi. Fabulous flat and I'm particularly jealous of your lighting. I've been trying to source some wall lights for several weeks (I need them to be bright enough to read by); where are yours from and do they perform as well as they look? I like the Arco-alike, as well.

Hope this works; I'm a total novice with chat rooms

Very nice job. I have a flat further along the river from you! Can you please recommend a good plumber? I am desperate to find one who can install a wetroom and will work in Central London. (SW1)

Many thanks.

Just cliked on the link - very cool!

What a great website too. We've just moved in to a new house so this is a great source of inspiration for the next makeover!

(links really could do with being more obvious on this forum, they really don't stand out at all).

Yep, there's tonnes of inspiration on their site.

They've also published a book with some of the featured properties in - available from Amazon, and probably other places too.

Hope I'm not too late to ask a question about your brilliant work here......love it all but am especially intrigued by the shelves that go into your (presumably stud) wall....how did you or your builder do that...its so effective?

We had to build the stud wall out in both of the bathrooms to allow space for pipe work and create fixings for the floating vanity units.

It was a last minute stroke of inspiration to build shelves in to the walls. I asked the guys to build wooden boxes, which they stained to match the vanity units and then fixed in to the wall. I think it was quite stratichtforward. Very useful to have a bit of extra surface space as the bathrooms were both quite small.

We've since moved house and I'm working on my next bathroom - I plan to put similar shleves in again!

If only I were! Those photo's were taken by an estate agent when we put it on the market in january.

I think the trick is wait for a sunny day, turn all the lights on and use a wide angle lens.

A x

Very nice! I love the whole modern look, some of the more traditional things like the garage looking wall seems a bit out of place, but really great overall. The only thing I don't like I would say is the bathroom tiles, there's just way too much of it.

The bathrooms were done by a company called Homepride builders who did a great job - especially the tiling.

All the fittings are Duravit from C P Hart and the tiles are from a great shop called Spacers (http://www.spacers-uk.com/)

Beautiful, I love your style, it's given me great inspiration! Can I ask you where you got the wallpaper from in the bedroom please? Thanks! I found styleroom.co.uk the other day, another great site for inspiration where you can share pictures of your home
